This is my entry for the Nemesis contest.
Building upon the suggestion made by YandereDev about Nemesis-chan potentially being an assassin and the comparison he made between her and the SA-X from Metroid Fusion, I decided to give her the ability to move at super speed, allowing her to close the gap between her and her target before they have a chance to react.
